Kyle Prouty - Founder & Principal Engineer

PCG was Founded in 2023 by Kyle Prouty; Kyle has played a key role in the success of numerous projects across Southern California and Hawaii. Throughout his career, he has worked in design, construction, and planning focused elements of development which has expanded his knowledge and expertise within all facets of land development. Kyle’s ability to guide projects through regulatory, technical, and logistical challenges ensures that each client’s vision reaches its full potential.

Connor Crowley - Associate Principal

As an Associate Principal at PCG, Connor Crowley oversees projects from concept through completion, with an emphasis on efficiency, constructability, and client collaboration. His broad engineering experience enables him to adapt to unique challenges and deliver solutions tailored to each project. Connor is passionate about creating practical, innovative designs that balance vision with real-world application.

Kevin Ramos - Design Engineer

Kevin Ramos is a Design Engineer at Pacific Consulting Group and a California Engineer-in-Training (EIT). He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San José State University and brings experience in capital planning, utility infrastructure, and land development. Kevin supports grading, drainage, utility design, and construction plan preparation, delivering practical and detail-oriented engineering solutions.

Madailein Daza - Design Engineer

Madailein Daza is an Design Engineer at Pacific Consulting Group and California Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with a focus on stormwater management and sustainable site design. She completed her B.S. in Civil Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona and has experience in hydraulic analysis, green infrastructure, and multidisciplinary project coordination. At PCG, she supports grading, drainage, and water quality design for land development projects.

Nate Kupkowsi - Project Assistant

Nate Kupkowski is a Project Assistant at Pacific Consulting Group, supporting engineers and project managers throughout the planning, design, and delivery of land development projects. He assists with project coordination, document preparation, permitting, and administrative support, helping ensure projects remain organized and on schedule. Nate's attention to detail and commitment to client service contribute to the efficient execution of projects across Southern California.
